Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

• We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field. If you take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, excel at keeping meticulous records, and enjoy helping customers, this role may be a perfect fit.

What you'll do

• Process and invoice statements for customer accounts, rentals, leases, and service agreements
• Handle customer hardware returns
• Enter new customer information accurately and set up autopay when requested
• Create and manage accounts in Salesforce
• Answer customer calls and emails while providing clear, helpful responses
• Scan and file billing and credit documents (both physical and digital)
• Process daily deposits and prepare cash reports as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in billing, Accounts Receivable, or a similar field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Sales Force, Docu Ware, Autotask, or Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Ability to work independently without constant reminders
• A friendly, professional phone manner and customer‑service mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation
