Revenue Processing

In office only.

• Process operated and non-operated revenue receipts.
• Process accounts receivable (AR) receipts.
• Process revenue payments to interest owners.
• Post revenue files to Energy Link and internal portals.
• Confirm revenue receipts are accurate by reconciling payments against contractual terms and reported production volumes.
• Ensure revenue payments are reconciled and variances identified/resolved within established timelines.
• Maintain and update revenue decks, including ownership changes and interest adjustments.
• Maintain and review revenue-related agreements.
• Prepare and process revenue prior-period adjustments.
• Prepare and submit ONRR filings.
• Prepare and file severance and withholding tax reports.
• Complete other state and federal regulatory reporting as required.
• Coordinate compliance reviews with State and Federal auditors as required.
• Work closely with the Accounting Manager and Accounting Team to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations for revenue-related transactions.
• Identify process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• 5+ years of accounting experience; oil & gas revenue accounting strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ONRR and severance tax reporting requirements.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Excel; experience with Enertia Software preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
