Job Description
Hands‑on, unique high‑responsibility role owning accounting for restaurant/bar and supporting construction of a multi‑entity company. Weekly reporting, monthly financial statements, payroll, reconciliations, and GL management. Work directly with CFO to ensure accurate, timely, audit‑ready financial reporting.

Weekly reporting, monthly financial statements, payroll, reconciliations, and GL management. Work directly with CFO to ensure accurate, timely, audit‑ready financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage POS integration (Toast + Shogo → Quick Books)
- Reconcile daily/weekly POS clearing, bank deposits, credit cards
- Process bi‑weekly payroll (restaurant), prepare construction payroll for CFO review
- Prepare weekly restaurant financial reports
- Prepare monthly restaurant financial statements; draft construction statements
- Record adjusting/recurring journal entries; accruals, prepaids, corrections
- Maintain supporting schedules and documentation
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field
- Payroll experience required
- Quick Books Desktop Enterprise, Toast, Shogo experience preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- In‑person presence in Salt Lake City
- High attention to detail, judgment, ownership
