Accounting Analyst

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst who will be mainly responsible for the financial aspect of the ERP for the US. This individual will report directly to the CFO, be heavily involved in the department, and will work closely with the accounting team. The scope of the role may expand based on skill and performance.

• Support data cleansing and reconciliation of data across different systems or entities.
• Perform and/or coordinate data validation.
• Prepare and/or update operating procedures and other documentation needed to support data migration.
• Adherence to defined timelines and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Provide suggestions to streamline the extraction of data and data migration.
• Maintain and organize multiple Excel spreadsheets to ensure data integrity.
• Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems.
• Make database configurations as needed to support appropriate financial information.
• Assist senior financial officers as needed.

• Solid knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables).
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and good analytical ability.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Experience with accounting software and online platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate work demands, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi‑task.
• Confident and reliable with strong initiative, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in accounting field and ERP systems required.
