We are looking for an Accounting Manager who thrives in an individual contributor role, ideally with a background in public accounting (preferably from a Big 4 firm) or substantial experience in a Fortune 500 company. The candidate will be over:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to streamline accounting processes and enhance internal controls.
- An eagerness to engage in consulting projects and bring innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
- A background as a senior accountant is also valued if aligned with the role's needs.
- Proficiency with financial systems such as Net Suite, MS Dynamics, SAP, or Workday Financial.
