This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tint Specialist located in Sallisaw, OK. The Tint Specialist will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing window film on residential and commercial properties. Additional responsibilities include conducting pre-installation inspections, ensuring proper film application, maintaining tools and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service during all stages of the installation process. The Tint Specialist will collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.

• Expertise in window film application and installation techniques preferred
• Proficient in measuring, cutting, and working with tools and materials
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to ensure quality work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform hands‑on work, including standing, bending, and lifting equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior window tinting or related experience is preferred but not mandatory
