Overview
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join a Housing Association on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- Undertake EICRs across domestic properties.
- Carry out remedial electrical works, including consumer unit changes.
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs in line with regulations and company standards.
- Ensure all work complies with NICEIC standards and current electrical regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of works completed using electronic systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with residents.
- Ensure tools, equipment and materials are maintained and used safely.
- Respond to service requests and breakdowns in line with contract requirements.
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent).
- BS2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent certification.
- Experience completing EICRs and electrical remedial works.
