Covering Sailsbury to the South Coast, you will be out and about, bringing the Castelan standard of care to homes and businesses alike.

- Visiting customers in their homes or commercial sites to inspect and repair upholstery, leather furniture, cabinets, work surfaces, and beds
- Diagnosing issues and carrying out repairs to the highest standards
- Recording accurate information and returning documentation promptly
- Striving for first‑visit fixes and meeting quality targets
- Maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring your vehicle and tools are in top condition
- Feeding back ideas and innovations to help us improve
- Any other reasonable tasks as requested by your manager
Must‑Haves:
- 18+ with a full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- A love for hands‑on work and problem‑solving
- A professional, customer‑first attitude
- Experience with leather, wood, or furniture repairs
- Familiarity with different furniture brands and models
- Previous customer‑facing experience
Skills:
- Eagle‑eyed attention to detail
- Great communication and time management
- A proactive, can‑do attitude
- Ability to follow systems and procedures
- Willingness to take initiative and bring fresh ideas
