We are recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established facilities management contract covering Salisbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Warminster, and surrounding areas.

This is a stable, Monday‑Friday role with a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, working across commercial and government sites.

• Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial plumbing systems.
• Fault finding and repair of water and drainage systems.
• Repair cracked pipework, clear blockages, and maintain complex plumbing systems.
• Carry out leak detection, soldering and brazing works.
• Install, modify and repair plumbing components including valves, traps, unions, and backflow prevention devices.
• Install, modify and repair plumbing components including water heaters, tanks, sinks, showers, and storage systems.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and site standards.
• Accurately complete job reports using PDA systems.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing qualification.
• Strong experience in commercial plumbing / building services maintenance.
• Background in FM or commercial property environments.
• Experience with both reactive maintenance and PPM.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £35,000 - £37,000.
• On Call: 1 in 9 / 10 rota - £150 standby payment.
• Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
