Job: Electrician
Location: Salisbury - Poole
Salary: £39,000 (perm salary)
Type: Temp - perm
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team, carrying out reactive electrical repairs across social housing properties. This is a mobile role working in occupied homes, responding to day-to-day maintenance issues and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out reactive electrical repairs in social housing properties
- Fault finding and rectification on domestic electrical systems
- Working in both occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards
- Completing job reports and paperwork accurately
- Providing a professional, customer-focused service to tenants
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience working within social housing
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
