Temp to Perm role

Based in Salisbury, Somerset

Working in a team across organisations sites where you will be supporting a repairs and maintenance planned works team fitting and re‑installing Kitchen & Bathroom in social housing properties.

This is a hands‑on manual role, so previous labouring experience is essential.

If you also have basic Carpentry/Plumbing skills this would be useful but not essential.

You will require a driving licence as the position will need you to move from site to site with the teams.

Happy driving a supplied company van for work.

The geographical patch could cover properties in and around a geographical location of Salisbury.

• Hands on minor maintenance duties assisting trades fitting kitchens and bathrooms
• Moving materials
• Clearing waste
• Driving a van and loading and unloading van stock and materials used for the kitchen and bathroom refits

• ✔ Full UK Driving licence
• ✔ Previous labouring experience is essential
• ✔ Basic Carpentry/Plumbing skills useful but not essential
• ✔ Physically fit and able to lift and move materials
• ✔ Good timekeeping
• ✔ An outgoing customer service approach
• ✔ Good communication skills
• ✔ Adaptability
• ✔ Ability to work well in a team environment
• ✔ Able to take direction also work on your own initiative

• ✔ 40 Hours per week
• ✔ Hourly paid (PAYE + holiday pay or rolled up holiday pay)
• ✔ Temp-To-Perm basis

ITS Property Maintenance are acting as an employment business on the temp‑to‑perm nature of this role. If successful you will be engaged via ITS Property Maintenance on a PAYE Basis with holiday pay on an equivalent rate of £13.90 per hour + Holiday pay.
