The role includes troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as conducting water temperature checks and Legionella testing. The ideal candidate should have a level 2 qualification and experience in commercial maintenance. This position offers a salary of £40-42k, along with 25 days of holiday and other benefits including a van for personal use.
