£14.50ph – £16.00ph; overtime £21.75ph – £24.00ph (dependent on experience)

• Work in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs
• Work at height safely on a daily basis
• Cladding, commercial, traditional & industrial roofing maintenance
• Guttering repairs / replacement
• Be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends as required
• Availability to be on call on a rota basis
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pride in workmanship and accountability
• Utilise portable devices to undertake dynamic risk assessments on site and prepare reports on completed work

• IPAF (1b, 3a, eb)
• CSCS labourer or skilled worker
• PASMA
• Driving licence (required)
• First aid
• SSSTS
• NVQ (Slating & Tiling / Sheeting & Cladding)

• Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing & commercial sheeting roofs)
