The Role Sell new and used Volkswagen vehicles in line with brand standards Advise customers on models, finance, and additional products Deliver a professional end-to-end customer journey Build repeat business and meet individual sales targets Requirements Previous automotive sales experience preferred Strong customer focus and communication skills Target-driven and professional approach Full UK driving licence Benefits Uncapped commission with OTE £45,000 Company car 30 days holiday including bank holidays plus your birthday off Pension, life assurance, EAP, staff discounts, and manufacturer training Please note we cannot offer sponsorship or consider candidates needing to relocate.
