We are working with a well-established, growing business to recruit a Technical Sales Account Manager
. This role would suit a stable, customer-focused professional with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service.
The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, operations, or account handling to develop further within a technical, B2B sales environment.
The RoleAs Technical Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships, supporting commercial activity, and ensuring accounts are serviced accurately and efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating internally to ensure orders, quotations, and enquiries are handled professionally and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Regular face-to-face and telephone engagement with clients
- Handling customer enquiries, quotations, and order progression
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer activity using internal systems
- Supporting sales reporting and general commercial administration
- Identifying opportunities to improve service levels and account performance
- Providing product and technical support, with training provided where required
