Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie - Leisure Catering

📍 Salisbury Outskirts

💰 £33,000 - £36,000 + approx. £300 tips/month

📅 5 days out of 7 | Wed-Sun | Straight Shifts

⏰ 45 hours per week | 7:45am-4:30pm

🌙 Evenings Off (mostly!)

We're looking for a driven and upbeat Chef de Partie or Senior CDP to join our small but mighty 3‑chef team on the outskirts of Salisbury.

If you love fresh, seasonal food and want your evenings back (with the odd wedding night thrown in!), this is the role for you.

• £33k-£36k salary, based on experience
• Approx. £300/month in tips
• Straight shifts, no split shifts ever
• Predominantly evenings off
• Friendly, supportive, and fun kitchen team
• Be part of a business delivering 20 weddings in summer, plus 75 covers regularly
• Real work-life balance in a stunning countryside setting

• Running your section with confidence and flair
• Serving fresh, quality dishes for leisure guests, events, and weddings
• Supporting a close-knit 3‑chef brigade
• Bringing energy, ideas, and a positive attitude to every service
• Keeping standards sky‑high while enjoying a relaxed, upbeat working culture

• A passionate CDP or Senior CDP who thrives in a hands‑on role
• Someone who loves straight‑shift life and daytime cooking
