Trainee Labourer | UK-Wide Travel | from £26,200 up to £30,000 per annum

Are you practical, hands‑on, and enjoy working as part of a team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where no two days are the same. You'll travel across the UK, work outdoors, and learn new skills while supporting experienced professionals.

• Allowance for stays, with accommodation provided
• Full training delivered on‑site by experienced colleagues
• Opportunities to learn specialist skills in pool lining and site work
• Working as part of a supportive team in varied locations across the UK

• Assisting Team Leaders in lining swimming pools from start to finish
• Preparing and maintaining work areas, including cleaning and organising tools
• Handling materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Applying sealants, gluing, and felting pool surfaces under guidance
• Adapting to changing tasks and locations as required

• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for up to 4 nights per week
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• A positive, can‑do attitude and readiness to learn
• Previous site experience would be beneficial but is not essential
