Are you an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer looking for a stable, well-paid role in a close-knit, professional workshop?

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected, family-run bodyshop based near Salisbury. With just four people in the workshop, this is a tight, supportive team where quality workmanship is valued and recognised.

This position is available due to a long-standing team member retiring — a great opportunity to step into a secure, established role.

• Full-time Paint Sprayer
• 45 hours per week (8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, 30 min unpaid break)
• Overtime available (paid at flat rate) if desired
• Immediate start available

• £45,000 - £47,000 basic salary
• Overtime available (optional)
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Free onsite parking
• Flexibility with hours where possible
• Paid meals out as a team
• Training available if wanted

• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Qualified or time-served
• High-quality finish with strong prep and paint skills
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude

• MET experience
• Panel experience

• Small, supportive team (only 4 in the workshop)
