Children's Home - Registered Manager - Salisbury
We are looking to appoint a Registered Manager to join our Children’s Home in the heart of Salisbury
.
We offer a therapeutic residential service for children aged 6‑18, supporting those with adverse childhood experiences. Our integrated model, embedded in our culture at Five Rivers, has been developed with our clinical team to achieve the best outcomes for our young people.
Responsibilities- Lead, develop and manage an established team of Residential Child Care Workers.
- Deliver and execute our brand values as part of the residential leadership team.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager of the Salisbury home network, the Clinical Team and Education Services.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a children’s home, with at least one year in a supervisory or management role.
- Working towards or holding Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- Minimum Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Work Force.
- Proven track record with Ofsted and the legislative framework.
Average 39 hours per week – some flexibility required to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Support- Regular professional support and supervision from the Regional Operations Manager and Head of Residential.
- Monthly peer support and clinical integrated leadership in the home.
- Support through Ofsted registration and future inspections, and investment in your development from day one.
- Dedicated HR business partner for employee relations queries.
