Probate Solicitor

Working closely with other members of the team, the wider private client department and our contentious trusts and probate team, you will:

• Administer large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates including large farms and landed estates and estates with international aspects;
• Act on behalf of national charities involving complex grant applications including s. 116 applications, grants de bonis non and grants on behalf of trust corporations; and
• Advise on estates where the administration has been delayed or other problems have arisen such as where an executor has become incapacitated or there has been a disagreement between executors.

Our expert probate team comprises three senior associates, four associates, three solicitors and four paralegals and forms part of our larger Private Client department.
