This is a hands‑on, high‑volume role within a close‑knit team of 8+, managing a live portfolio of residential properties across the UK. You'll be dealing with real people, real issues and real responsibility, often at speed.

• Managing a large, live caseload; no two cases are the same
• Speaking daily with tenants, solicitors, agents, lenders and contractors
• Handling challenging conversations calmly and professionally
• Making judgment calls where situations don't fit neatly into a process
• Coordinating repairs, compliance and next steps
• Keeping cases moving in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
