We’re looking for a bright, proactive Solicitor or Associate with a passion for Agriculture and Rural Property to join a dynamic and friendly team in Salisbury. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a highly ranked and forward-thinking department working with estates, farmers, landowners, and rural businesses across the South.

• Buying and selling farms, estates, and country homes
• Advising on agricultural tenancies and business structures
• Handling rights of way, easements, equestrian leases, and sporting rights
• Working on renewable energy schemes and natural capital projects
• Supporting landowners with estate planning and succession strategies

• 1-5 years PQE, ideally with some exposure to rural or agricultural property
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, down-to-earth culture

• Renewable energy or biodiversity projects
• Agricultural tenancy matters
• Equine property or rural sporting agreements
