A leading consultancy organisation is recruiting a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their End User Services team in Salisbury. The role involves resolving incidents, handling requests, and supporting projects while ensuring high-quality service. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Intune, strong desktop hardware knowledge, and a basic understanding of SCCM and Active Directory. This position is on-site five days a week, offering a salary between £31,000 and £33,000.
