** Reporting to:
** Head of Information and Technology   
** Team:
** 9 FTE
* Work with senior stakeholders to shape end‑to‑end architecture.
* Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to align requirements.
* Manage vendor relationships.
* Support impact assessments across technical, business and financial areas.
* Experience in asset/work management environments (e.g., FM, utilities).
* Broad architecture experience across business, application, data and infrastructure.
* Practical understanding of EA methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman).
* Experience defining modern architectures across multiple channels and systems.
* Strong structured problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience leading teams of 6–10 technical staff.
* Proven experience delivering within development and testing processes.
* Project delivery experience (small to medium).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops.
* Experience with system integration and SOA.
* TOGAF certification.
* Experience in cloud‑first environments.
* Knowledge of ITIL and service management tooling.
* Experience with ESRI ArcGIS.
* Microsoft Certified Developer.
* Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to influence and drive architectural direction.
* Pragmatic, balanced approach to quality and pace.
* Proactive, flexible and improvement‑focused.
* Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
