Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with leadership teams to deliver impactful HR solutions.
• Driving initiatives across performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Advising on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Using data and insights to inform decision‑making and measure impact.
• Supporting DEI strategies and embedding inclusive practices across(Be) the employee lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and thrives inmittlung fast‑paced environment.

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a strategic HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to interpret people data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
