The days might be getting shorter, darker, and colder, but at Home Instead Salisbury and Romsey, we’re dedicated to brightening our clients’ days, whether it’s the middle of autumn or the middle of summer. We’re a local, family-owned care company who are striving to provide the best possible care for our older people in the community. Whether our Care Professionals are sharing a laugh and a chat with their clients, taking them to shopping or to an appointment, helping with personal care, or assisting with medication or housework, they’re dedicated to brightening the day of each person they visit.

Does this sound like something you’d shine at? We’re looking for genuinely caring people to join our existing teams in Salisbury and Romsey. We offer all our Care Professionals the option of contracted hours, giving them the reassurance of a set minimum monthly income. Our pay rates are competitive and we pay travel and wait time too.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve worked in care before or not. We’ll provide you with the training and support that you need. What we’re looking for is kind, warm-hearted people who share our values and who want to do the best they can.
