As Clinical Director, you’ll lead a passionate team in delivering high standards of clinical care and patient service. You’ll have a key voice in shaping the future of the practice, from clinical protocols to team development.

You will:

• Drive clinical standards and support the vet team
• Lead practice operations alongside the Practice Manager
• Get protected time for leadership duties
• Continue hands‑on clinical work, split with leadership responsibilities

This is a busy, small animal practice with a loyal client base and an experienced, collaborative team. The surgery is well‑equipped with digital x‑ray, ultrasound, in‑house lab, and dedicated surgical facilities.

You’ll be supported by a strong nursing team and a Practice Manager focused on staff wellbeing and development. The practice encourages open communication, team growth, and work‑life balance.

• RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Confident in both clinical and leadership settings
• Passionate about team development and high‑quality care
• Prior leadership experience is desirable, but not essential – training and mentorship available
