As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality, individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding residents' privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise that staff and residents will have different needs.

No previous experience is required as we will provide full training. Candidates should demonstrate a flexible, hard working and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
