Transaction Manager

The Role

Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a valued client of ours in Salisbury, who are looking to appoint a driven and commercially focused Transaction Manager to join their successful sales team.

This is a sole Transaction Manager position within the dealership, offering full responsibility for the F&I function, with a particular focus on managing and converting customer renewals.

• Take full ownership of the finance and insurance function within the sales department.
• Focus on managing and converting customer renewals, maximising retention and profitability.
• Present and sell finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products in a professional and compliant manner.
• Support the sales team in structuring competitive and profitable deals.
• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate and fully compliant with FCA regulations and company standards.
• Monitor F&I penetration rates and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from proposal through to vehicle handover.
• Must possess a valid UK driver's licence.

• Salary: £26,775 basic salary, £57,775+ OTE, Company Car
• Hours:
  
  Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm;
  Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm;
  Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
• 1 in 4/5 full weekends off, combined with your day off in the week (4-day working week when scheduled).
• Birthday off (if it falls Monday to Friday).
