Semi Senior / Senior – Private Client Tax

Clark Wood are currently working with a well‑established and highly regarded firm of accountants who are looking to recruit a Semi Senior or Senior – Private Client Tax to join their expanding Salisbury office.

This role is ideal for a Private Client tax professional who is looking to build on their existing experience and continue developing their technical knowledge within a supportive and collaborative team. You will work with a varied client‑base including high‑net‑worth individuals, partnerships, non‑residents, and family‑owned businesses, gaining exposure to both compliance and advisory work.

In this role, you will support the management of a diverse Private Client portfolio, preparing personal tax returns and assisting with more complex cases and advisory assignments. You will liaise with clients and HMRC, support senior team members on technical matters, and work closely with Managers and Partners on ongoing client work. As you progress, you will also assist in reviewing work completed by more junior team members.

The ideal candidate will be ATT qualified or studying towards ATT / CTA, with prior experience in Private Client tax within an accountancy practice. You will be organised, proactive, and keen to learn, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
