This Production Engineer position offers the opportunity to develop robust processes, drive efficiency, and support production teams through structured engineering solutions.

• Half day Fridays

• Evaluating and improving manufacturing processes using structured tools such as PFMEA
• Troubleshooting production issues, determining root causes, and leading corrective actions
• Enhancing efficiency through workflow analysis, layout planning and tooling improvements
• Preparing and maintaining process documentation including Control Plans and Standardised Work
• Implementing cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
• Supporting production teams with technical guidance and best‑practice development

• A Bachelor's degree (or similar) in a mechanical engineering discipline
• At least two years' experience within a manufacturing, process or production engineering role
• Familiarity with APQP core tools, CAD, Lean Six Sigma or standardised work methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working under pressure and within agreed timelines
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
