Modelling & Simulation Engineer – Salisbury | Hybrid | Up to £40,000

This is for a Modelling & Simulation Engineer who doesn't just want their models just live on a screen. They directly shape the aircraft we design, build, and fly.

You’ll work alongside leading UAV Engineers, feeding off real-world flight and bench data to inform design decisions and improve the tools and simulations we rely on across the business.

In this role, you’ll focus on modelling aircraft performance, flight dynamics, and control algorithms, while validating your models using experimental, bench, and flight-test data.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in modelling (MATLAB, Simulink, or equivalent). Experience in aerodynamics, model validation, flight simulation, or CAD is a plus, and familiarity with civil or military aerospace standards is welcomed. That said also great for an academic / researcher with strong CFD!

Practical Details & Benefits
:
The role is hybrid (minimum three days onsite) with flexible hours, occasional UK and international travel, and requires UK Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain it. We offer a salary of up to £45,000, a bonus scheme up to 15%, pension matched up to 6%, private medical and dental coverage, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and half-day Fridays.
