School Based South of Salisbury

A lovely, welcoming school located just south of Salisbury is seeking a committed and caring Teaching Assistant to support a pupil joining the school from a challenging background. The pupil has a level of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will require a high level of support, particularly with transition into school, building positive and trusting relationships, and following a structured, personalised timetable (flow of the day).

• Support a pupil with SEN, particularly during transitions and initial periods in school.
• Help build positive, trusting relationships and maintain a calm, supportive environment.
• Follow a structured, personalised timetable and assist with routines and learning plans.

Pay: £13–£14 per day

Recruitment: All vetting and recruitment will be carried out through Teaching Personnel.

Interview process: Initial interview will be with the Headteacher prior to appointment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
