We’re looking for Early Years Practitioners with experience in child development, committed to supporting children's growth and learning, based at our Salisbury nursery.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional early year education, supporting each child's development and learning journey.
  • Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high‑quality teaching and care.
  • Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
  • Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents and carers through open and effective communication.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety in every interaction and environment.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.
About You
  • Level 2 qualified, with experience in child development and learning, committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth.
  • Communicate confidently, professionally and work collaboratively.
  • Work inclusively and create a supportive, respectful environment.
  • Reflective and committed to professional growth.
  • Can easily commute to multiple nursery sites within a one‑hour radius.
Nice to Haves
  • Paediatric First Aid certification.
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs.
  • Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software.
