What We Offer

Salary: £25,304 rising to £25,835 per year, with the potential to progress into higher-graded roles

Contract Type:
Permanent, Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Year-Round Employment:
No unpaid breaks between contracts

What You’ll Do

Prepare, maintain, and set up art and design studios for practical teaching sessions

Ensure studios and workshops are safe, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements

Support teaching staff and students during practical activities and project work

Manage materials, tools, equipment, and stock levels across a range of creative disciplines

Maintain specialist equipment and ensure accurate record-keeping

Support a variety of subject areas such as Printmaking tools and presses, Photography studio equipment, Ceramics and 3D workshop machinery, Digital design hardware/software or related disciplines

What You’ll Bring

A level 2 qualification or above in Art, Design, Creative Practice, or a related discipline

Experience working in a creative, technical, or educational environment

A practical, organised approach with strong attention to detail and safety

Confidence working with materials, equipment, and creative processes
