IT Helpdesk & Customer Service Advisor

A recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide front-line IT support in Salisbury. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for delivering great service, and a desire to learn. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone and chat, logging requests, and updating customers on their issues. Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory since full training will be given.

It's a full-time role offering 35 hours per week.
