Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Overview

First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

• Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure
• Contributes to guests permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
• Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly personalized relationships
• Anticipates guests needs and takes them into consideration
• Completes all tasks linked to the guests arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
• Handles phone calls and emails
• Passes information on as necessary to other departments (conference and banqueting floor staff, technical, etc.) and to other members of the front-desk team

• Work Experience:
  
  Previous experience in similar role is preferable.
• Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility in working hours essential
• Basic IT skills
• Full training provided
