Our client, a Franchised Motor Dealer in Salisbury is looking for an Aftersales Customer Support Specialist to join their team and be the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service and repairs.

Salary

25,500 basic
31,610 OTE uncapped

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
No Weekends

In this role, you will:

Manage all incoming customer enquiries via telephone, website, and digital channels.
Process and handle outbound marketing to existing customers.
Identify customer needs and respond with professional, solution-focused support.
Promote and upsell retention products using expert sales techniques.
Ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and high-quality experience.

About you:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within a premium or high-end brand.
Confident telephone manner and ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Automotive experience required
