Social Media Manager

ReQuire Consultancy is recruiting for a creative Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of social channels for a growing multi-site retail brand.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves creating content, filming products and lifestyle moments, and bringing a brand to life across social media.

You’ll be responsible for planning and producing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok, while supporting wider digital marketing including email campaigns, Meta ads and website content.

• Creating daily content across Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok
• Filming and editing short‑form video and photography
• Visiting retail locations to capture authentic content
• Planning campaigns around seasonal trends and new products
• Managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Designing and sending weekly marketing emails
• Updating website banners and product imagery
• Monitoring performance and reporting on results

• Loves creating engaging social media content
• Enjoys filming, photography and short‑form video
• Wants a hands‑on creative role rather than purely scheduling posts
• Is confident managing social channels and trying new ideas
• Enjoys working across content, digital marketing and campaigns

• Experience managing brand social media accounts
• Strong skills in video editing and content creation
• Knowledge of Meta Ads
• Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar email platforms
• A creative eye for engaging lifestyle and product content
