Overview
Join Our Team as a Project Manager (Construction) – Project Delivery at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL)
What We Offer- Salary: £TBC per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Larkhill – Secondment to Warminster or Tidworth until January 2028
- Deliver a diverse range of New Build Construction, Refurbishment, M&E and Maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors to ensure quality, cost and time targets are achieved.
- Ensure all HS&E legislative requirements are exceeded.
- Compliance with ADSL management system including Lifecycle Project Management, Procurement and Finance.
- Execute projects in a timely, cost‑effective manner with minimal disruption.
- Prepare and maintain the Construction Phase Plan.
- Review and approve RAMS using the ATP process.
- Day‑to‑day site management and subcontractor supervision.
- Coordinate with Building Control and Planning representatives.
- Ensure Acceptance into Use process is followed.
- Manage and maintain accurate project finance forecasts.
- Ensure projects comply with CDM Regulations, Safe Systems of Work, Asbestos Management and QHSE requirements.
NQF Level 4 and an industry‑recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management. Valid UK driving licence required.
Experience & Knowledge- Experience in building, civils and M&E projects.
- Experience in Project Management or Construction Management roles.
- Knowledge of building regulations.
- Analytical and structured approach to work.
- Working knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Effective communication with stakeholders
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Temporary works Co‑Ordinator
- Experience in MoD or military environments.
- Experience with IFS.
- Experience delivering multi‑funded projects.
- Experience on multi‑trade projects.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and flexible approach under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
