The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of refurbishment projects, with a strong focus on:

* Kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes

* Planned refurbishment works within occupied properties

* Cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Subcontractor procurement and management

* Financial reporting and budget monitoring

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing refurbishment

* Strong background in kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes

* Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
