Overview
Are you a Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor who is looking for your next contract? 1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who have won a considerable sized contract in and around Wiltshire.
We are currently looking for 3 DEA / Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out EPC / Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout Wiltshire.
Responsibilities- Carry out EPC / Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout Wiltshire.
- Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
- HHSRS Experience
- Stock Condition surveying experience
- DEA qualification
- Elmhurst accreditation
This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of leading on work
