Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Home
Location: Stone
Salary: £51,500 per annum + £7,500 Welcome Bonus
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs – EBD, SEMH, Trauma, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required- NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children’s Services (or willing to undertake)
- Experience in Years

A Registered Manager who can:
- Manage a warm, safe, and supportive home environment
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care
- Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team
- Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment
- Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home's statement of purpose is fulfilled
You must have:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Extensive leadership and management experience in children’s residential care
- Strong understanding of legislation and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment
- Established provider in children’s residential care
- Supportive senior management team
- Focus on staff development, wellbeing, and professional progression
