Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Home

Location: Stone

Salary: £51,500 per annum + £7,500 Welcome Bonus

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: YPs – EBD, SEMH, Trauma, CSE, CCE

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce
• QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children’s Services (or willing to undertake)
• Experience in Years

A Registered Manager who can:

• Manage a warm, safe, and supportive home environment
• Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care
• Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team
• Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment
• Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home's statement of purpose is fulfilled

You must have:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Extensive leadership and management experience in children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of legislation and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment

• Established provider in children’s residential care
• Supportive senior management team
• Focus on staff development, wellbeing, and professional progression
