Role Purpose

As an Account Manager, you will play a central role in supporting our clients through the probate journey. Working closely杀码 with the Case Handler, you’ll be the consistent, reassuring point of contact for families, helping them navigate the process with sensitivity and professionalism. You will ensure that cases progress smoothly, communications remain clear, and clients feel supported from start to finish.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is empathetic, highly organised, and committed to delivering exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them with compassion throughout the probate process.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships through timely updates and clear communication.
  • Respond promptly to queries, ensuring clients feel informed, reassured, and respected.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and updates.
Case Coordination & Support
  • Work collaboratively with the Case Handler to keep cases progressing efficiently and without delay.

  • Liaise with external contacts (e.g., banks, third parties) and internal departments as needed.
  • Monitor timelines and key milestones to support a smooth client journey.
