Fire Sprinkler Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

• Install, inspect, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all systems function correctly and meet safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system requirements.
• Manage projects on construction sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
• Supervise junior technicians and assist in training new staff on best practices for installation and maintenance.
• Stay updated on OSHA regulations and industry standards to maintain compliance.

• Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Technician or Foreman position
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including installation techniques and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations related to construction sites.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control in all tasks performed.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
