• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time;
  Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Late afternoons/evenings may be required.
• Requirement:
  Prior grill or line‑cook experience.
• Pay range: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards, ensuring high‑quality food service.

• Takes orders, prepares items, completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and friend lily, ensuring food temperature and presentation meet standards.
• Uses established ticket‑collection procedures and keeps records during service.
• Applies approved recipes and production standards to meet quality, temperature and portion control.
• Transfers pans, kettles and trays securely between stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores foods following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends in‑service and safety meetings.
• Bonds with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Maintains a safe work environment and performs other duties as assigned.
