We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional home health care services to our clients in the Salisbury area.
Location:Salisbury, NC
Days:
Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- No on call or weekend requirement
LPN NC or Compact Nursing License Required.
* Mileage Reimbursement: 0.41 Cents/Mile
Preferred Skills- Wound Care
- IV
- Ports
- Wound Vac
- Home Care experience
This role involves providing compassionate care for clients while respecting their dignity and independence. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, and ensure infection control procedures are followed. Additionally, you will document nursing actions, order necessary supplies, and ensure all patient needs align with physician instructions.
