Shift: Full-time Nights 7pm-7am Sign On Bonus: $10,000 Unit:
Med Surg What You'll Do Provide direct patient care Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed within scope Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and basic procedures Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records Support patients with daily activities (e.g., hygiene, mobility) Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols What We're Looking For

Education:

High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.

Experience:

One year of relevant experience, required.

Licensure/Certification :
Appropriate state LPN license, required. Additional Skills (required):
