Rowan Medical Center – Salisbury, NC; a 266‑bed hospital serving the area since 1936. Salisbury offers a mix of quiet countryside and growing small city near Charlotte and Winston Salem. High Rock Lake is nearby for outdoor enthusiasts.

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populations
• Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non‑surgical procedures
• Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams
• Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status
• Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges
• Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia
• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or a compact state)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (per policy)
• Strong decision‑making and clinical judgment
• Ability to adapt across different specialties and patient populations
• New grads welcome – orientation and preceptorship provided
• Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs, and equipment
• Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age
• Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers, and physicians
