Marathon Staffing is excited to offer a friendly and inclusive opportunity for individuals interested in a manufacturing role. We are currently hiring for a 1st shift Bander position in Salisbury, NC, and welcome applicants of all backgrounds who meet the qualifications.
OverviewShift: Monday to Friday, 6am until finish, with potential overtime
Pay:
Starting at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $20 based on production
Type:
Temp-to-hire with weekly paychecks
- Secure and maintain correct component parts and supplies for the operation
- Set up work area and assemble parts following instructions and quality standards
- Operate hand tools required for assembly
- Stack, cover, label, and band finished products as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Perform equipment inspections and report issues
- Follow safety and quality procedures and perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- Experience with hand tools and assembly processes
- Attention to surroundings and safety awareness
- Punctuality and reliability
